																												the strengths of candidates for your workforce? LLR-EAP’s Assessment
																												Center assists your organization in the selection, placement and development of
																												personnel at all levels. An individual appraisal is done through a battery of
																												interviews, psychological tests, and simulated management
																												exercises.  As a result, you will gain insight into the skills and
																												abilities of each candidate pertaining to job requirements.  The
																												assessment is especially useful for individuals being considered for
																												managerial, high risk or other key positions.  

To date, over 7,000 persons have been evaluated in our Assessment Center, including executives, bankers, judges, engineers, law enforcement officers, and many others. This extensive experience allows us to deliver top-notch service to our clients.
