Getting to know your organization
How do your employees
really feel about their workplace? How do they think it can be improved? Do
they share your vision of the organization’s future goals? Does your company's internal culture support its mission and objectives?
A diagnostic study of
the organization using interviews, questionnaires and other methods is a useful
way to address these questions. The results of the study include a
profile of your company’s strengths and weaknesses as seen at ground level by
your employees, along with specific recommendations to overcome problem
areas.
An organizational
diagnosis can help corporate leaders identify “blind spots” and potential problems that may
be hindering progress toward company goals.
